Essentially, any program I launch will function for a short time before becoming unresponsive and turning gray. When I try to close it forcefully or restart, it still reports it’s active. After rebooting, the same behavior repeats. I’ve checked for Windows 11 updates and run the necessary tools, but nothing else seems to help. Everyone I search suggests just restarting the computer. It’s frustrating.
