I was thinking about buying Actual Multimonitors because it offers two useful functions I rely on. Virtual desktops and the ability to ignore deactivation, which helps maintain focus on fullscreen applications. With Windows 10 now supporting virtual desktops, I wanted to know if there’s any separate program that lets you disable deactivation similarly.

Another screen manager option. It's part of DisplayFusion. You might find it during Steam promotions for around €8.

I'm not aware of any trial or demo versions for DisplayFusion. You may want to visit their official website or contact their support for more information.

There appears to be a 30-day trial available. Below are the differences in features between the free and paid versions. I'm confident window deactivation is exclusive to the pro version. You can check the comparison page here: http://www.displayfusion.com/Compare/. Most manager software includes this functionality, though the cost and interface quality vary.

I'll take a closer look once I'm back home.
