I've seen other boards running 3200 at 3219, they're using Asus boards but with GSKill RAM. That could be typical. The 3200 isn't always reliable, and XMP settings might prevent the system from using that speed.

I tried to avoid the Access Violation again, but the issue persists. I'm going to lower the clock speed to 3000mhz now. Also, disabling XMP completely and entering values manually still shows 3133. It seems XMP might still be overriding the settings even after changing the MHz.

Running Prime 95 -
https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/pri...nload.html
Guide for Prime 95:
http://www.playtool.com/pages/prime95/prime95.html
Check CPU and RAM usage
Can you download and run Driverview -
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/driverview.html
It only checks the drivers already installed; it won’t install any new ones (this is deliberate since third-party driver updaters sometimes make mistakes)
After running it,
open the view tab and hide all Microsoft drivers to shorten the list.
Now it’s up to you – you can search through the drivers for older versions or take a screenshot including the driver name and creation date.
Upload it to an image sharing site and share the link here

That's the closest I could manage, sorry for that.
The very old drivers at the bottom correspond to a Logitech flight stick, which are the latest ones available.
Could adjusting the timing settings help? Perhaps 14-14-14-34 might be too tight for this CPU's IMC.
I searched a forum and found something useful:
Q: My game crashes every 5 minutes to 2 hours with memory access violation
A: Your RAM overclock is unstable.
What type of RAM are you using? How many and on which motherboard?
Depending on your RAM and motherboard, it may not be feasible to run it at a stable 3600Mhz.
If that's the case, you could try 3400 or 3200, or different timing and voltage settings (don't increase voltage unless you're sure).

the forums aren't happy about that site.
those Logitech wingman drivers seem a bit stiff from 2010.
do you have a unique sound card? A Soundblaster USB?
maybe updating the chipset drivers would help –
https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/...t-am4/b450
we noticed gdrv3.sys can cause issues.
Prime would check if the voltages were correct.
if similar problems appeared on different RAM modules, it’s probably not the RAM or your luck.

Logitech flight stick isn't working without them; it's currently disconnected. Creative Sound Blaster G6 is fine. The latest AMD chipset drivers were installed two days ago via AMD's site, not from the motherboard maker.

The program checked for problems but did not detect any. You should focus on other aspects.
