There remain many of these tools available (Adobe CS6 and earlier are notable examples). Nonetheless, numerous applications are shifting away from CUDA toward open standards that both AMD and Nvidia support. Nvidia has also reduced the performance of their GPU's CUDA/Compute capabilities since the 600 series, meaning they aren't as strong as before. What specific goal are you aiming for? If yes, we can suggest alternatives that don’t rely on CUDA.
