I'm experiencing some strange problems with my PC setup. The motherboard and graphics card seem fine, but the screen shows random colors and flickers. I tried using a different GPU and ran a program test, but everything worked smoothly. I think the issue might be related to the PCI Express connections or the chipset itself. I'm looking for tools to monitor my hardware status and want to know more about the GPU's BIOS switch—does it support UEFI or legacy settings?
The BIOS toggle on the GPU is set for vBIOS configurations. A minor factory boost is probably intended.

This seems unusual since I switched screens and cables, cleaned the PC thoroughly (including all PCIe 3.0 x16 connections), and tested the integrated GPU without issues. The MATS pendrive software on my 750 Ti worked in under an hour with version 381.38.1, and the GPU isn’t overheating. CPU temperatures are normal, which makes it likely the PCIe slots are damaged or the BIOS is corrupted. What’s happening here?
