When I play a game, occasionally launcher.exe appears in the middle of a match. It reduces my game and advances it quickly, mostly during a round. This is really frustrating in competitive titles like Overwatch. HELP, PLEASE!!

When this occurs again, launch Task Manager, locate launcher.exe, right-click and select Go to details. In the details view, highlight launcer.exe. Click it then choose Open file location. Windows will display an Explorer window showing the executed file, helping clarify what launcher.exe does.
