Are there any systems available today that log your temperatures every 20 minutes and save them to a file? I’m currently using an open hardware monitor.

You might check the graphs from msi afterburner, which also shows CPU temperatures, or use the Resource Monitor in Task Manager under Performance to see resource usage.

HWiNFO provides this feature too. OCCT also stores certain graphs as files during stress tests. Most others just keep only the minimum and maximum values.
