Hello There We updated the PC BIOS settings to XMP profile 2, but encountered an issue (the system likely handled it). Now we cannot start the computer or access the BIOS. We attempted to replace the CMOS battery and reinstall it, which triggered a checksum error code 502. We’re stuck after that point, as the machine restarts but displays blank specifications: supported operating systems Windows 11 Home [38], memory HyperX 8 GB DDR4-3200 XMP RAM (1 x 8 GB), transfer speeds up to 3200 MT/s, internal storage 256 GB WD Black PCIe TLC M.2 SSD plus a 2 TB SATA HDD, cloud storage via Dropbox for 12 months, two 3.5" slots, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER graphics, Wi-Fi 6 AX200 and Bluetooth 5, with full multimedia support. We’re awaiting further guidance on next steps.]
