I'm attempting to boost my memory beyond the standard 2400 MHz. I tried applying the two A-XMP settings in the BIOS, but the system becomes very unstable and sometimes won't boot. It's worth mentioning that this memory isn't listed on the QVL. In the BIOS screenshots, the MSI A-XMP profiles don't align with the ones under memory SPD. Both sets seem to run at the same 3600 MHz, which isn't reliable. I hope the A-XMP profiles are actually compatible with HyperX or I've misread something. Could you suggest ways to improve performance or advise sticking with the default? (Links to helpful guides would be great.) System details: MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk, AMD Ryzen 9 3950X, HyperX DDR4-3600 CL18 4x32GB (HX436C18PB3AK4/128), running memory-intensive simulations. PC powered by Corsair VS550 PSU.

I learned about QVL and tried the recommended settings at 3200mhz with careful calculations. The B550 isn’t listed in the DRAM calculator for this model.
