Gigabyte B760 DS3H AC (rev. 1.0/1.1) i5-13400F TEAMGROUP T-Force Vulcan DDR5 2x8GB. Upgrading RAM from 4800MHz to 7000MHz via BIOS causes a noticeable delay—about 5 to 7 seconds longer boot time in complete darkness. Benchmarks indicate only a modest improvement of around 200 points. Stress tests, including Geekbench and gaming sessions, have consistently shown results similar to the advertised 6000MHz specification.
Sounds reasonable five more seconds, but it becomes a big issue if you start booting twenty times daily, which would be unreasonable
During AM5 initial setup takes about 50 seconds, and it’s performed during every boot unless a BIOS setting keeps previous configurations active!
That's completely unreasonable and it should have been addressed earlier
