Hello everyone. I encountered some issues with Windows 11 after the latest update. I had to reset the CMOS and reapply all my undervolt settings—currently set at core -30, two best at -15 ppt with an 80 limit of 80 PBO2. On Cinebench, my CPU no longer boosts. The power is now at maximum performance, and the CPU won’t increase further. Thanks ahead of time.

Did you reinstall the latest BIOS after resetting the CMOS? I'm not sure, but I want to confirm. If only a Windows update changed, try reverting that specific update. Make sure to pause the Windows updates during that process so the install doesn't restart immediately. Regarding the 7800x3D, I don't have information about this processor. If the Windows update didn't restore performance, check the BIOS settings for any disabled options that might have been turned off during the reset. Good luck!

It seems there might have been a change, but I didn't modify any settings except PBO, Expo, and PowerPoint. Without more details, it's hard to determine what might have affected the outcome. I attempted to turn on PBO2, but it still isn't working.
