I own an i5 4210U and it doesn’t improve performance even when playing games. It consistently runs around 2Ghz, with turbo at 2.7Ghz. The machine has two heat pipes, but it’s getting hotter—temperatures are rising to 105°C more often. It’s still a relatively new laptop.
105c is extremely warm. Consider replacing the heat paste. You may want to adjust the fan later on.
I changed the paste several times and the fan is brand new since the GPU performs well in temperature.
95 idle. 100 small load and 105 around medium to high load. On high it shows a blue screen immediately after the software launches. On medium, I can play for about 5 minutes before it stops.
