Additionally, there is no delay currently. The system is operating smoothly. My games perform without any lag, which is naturally the case as long as memory usage stays below 99% and the pagefile is utilized appropriately, though this rarely occurs.

Check your task manager for memory details. In the memory section, review your usage. For your example, three browsers are active alongside Steam, Wallpaper Engine, and AI Suite running in the background.

Verify there next time it spikes? Just wondering if the issue arises when accessing the page file. If not, consider these alternatives. Personally, I’d run DiskPart via third-party tools—use CMD after pressing Shift+F10 during Windows setup to select your drive.
