Only a few tasks were consuming the processor, all of which were consistently active.

When the AIO relies solely on a 3-4pin fan header, the default fan curve at low usage may not provide enough power to keep the pump functioning. If it lacks a SATA power cable as well, running at 20-30% usage could stop the pump from moving fluid effectively. I couldn't determine this from images since the first-party photos often remove the block's cables and reviewers don’t seem to share enough details.

It really frustrates me. So much helpful data can be collected from such examples, yet no one provides any specifics.

I've been fighting against AIOs with SATA power headers since 2015. EKWB and Artic are companies I know that don't use them. It's tough to suggest EKWB right now because of the recent GN investigation, but I'm still trying.

How might I infer that your 'idle' was actually half-loaded? Asking the wrong question leads to an incorrect result.

He mentioned it was half load. I claimed the Idle System Process was the sole operation at around 97% utilization, though it typically displays the CPU usage percentage.

It's a three-pin connector, and I used the fan speed app to increase the pump voltage.

Allows configuring it for pumping or around 80% in UEFI. It’s often not operating at full speed, which can hinder proper flow during light use if it’s a 3-pin type.
