Your CPU is behaving oddly after recent changes. Despite low loads, performance drops under stress tests and throttles when you open apps. The issue seems linked to the Windows 11 update. Check BIOS settings for any recent adjustments and see if they affect stability. Let me know if you need further help!

What kind of cooler are you looking for? If it's an all-in-one unit, the pump might be malfunctioning.

Restart your BIOS settings. This may resolve several issues: no power / 0% pump speed setting (confirm accuracy), poor mount with inadequate thermal paste, clogged AIO, or excessively high room temperature.

It's a 120mm AIO that feels a bit lacking, though it might improve over time. However, it also seems to have some issues with functionality.

You would inspect the pump by observing its operation, checking for leaks, and ensuring it runs smoothly without unusual noises.

It connects to a fan header. It can be controlled via USB using CAM.

Do you have the NZXT software set up? It seems NZXT AIO need it for correct pump management, and NZXT Cam also requires it.
