AMD Ryzen 7 3800XT I require assistance to confirm if my power supply is undervolting the CPU and if that’s the cause. If not, please advise on possible fixes. It operates smoothly at 4.4–5 GHz clockspeed during idle, with a voltage of 1.36V and temperatures between 40–50°C. Thank you!

The problem appears resolved. Restarting the WMI provider in safe mode brought the CPU usage down to 1-10% during idle time.
