Hey Guys i am wondering if anyone could help me out here, so I have noticed that my CPU just sits on 3.9Ghz all day i have never seen it go down and my temps are around 55 to 60 degrees Celsius on idle and i don't know why, it would be great if someone could help me out here. Specs intel core i5 9400F MSI Radeon RX 570 armor 4GB OC

I assembled it with my uncle. I've attempted adjusting the power plan, but nothing alters.

In the bios section, when you reach the page with all the OC details, you’ll see if there are any boosters or similar items listed.

Corrected the issue by re-enabling Intel speed step, which resolved my problem.

I observed that for AMD systems, the Ryzen driver reports a distinct clock speed and temperature compared to Windows applications (core temperature 1.13, not displayed).
