Hey! You're dealing with a few tricky points here. Let's break it down. Your build looks solid, but you're seeing lower CPU usage than expected while gaming at 1080p. That could be due to how your system is managing power or thermal limits. The fact that your GPU usage stays low suggests the GPU isn't being overworked, which might mean your CPU isn't getting the full performance it's capable of.

In games like Cyberpunk, you're seeing a balance between CPU and GPU load. Higher resolutions or VSync settings can push both components, but if your CPU stays under 60%, it's likely not the main bottleneck. The behavior in Marvel's Spiderman Remastered is interesting—some cores spike above 80% while others stay low. This could point to BIOS/Control Panel settings affecting core utilization.

You mentioned trying turbo boost and voltage adjustments, but your temps stay under 60°C. That’s a good sign. If you're noticing performance differences, it might be worth checking your BIOS settings for power limits or thermal thresholds. You could also explore NVIDIA Control Panel to fine-tune power management.

If you're still unsure, consider running a stress test or monitoring tools to see if the issue persists under load. Let me know what you find!

CPU struggles are common, limiting games to just a few cores. Running with 2-6 cores is better, but avoid full speed. Higher resolution helps, as the GPU gets closer to maximum use, while CPU load stays steady.

It seems the 3080 at 1080p isn’t delivering much higher frame rate than expected. There might be other factors affecting performance.

The GPU is constrained by the CPU. This causes a CPU bottleneck because it doesn’t get data quickly enough, leading to delays while waiting. As a result, the overall frame rate drops below expectations.

It seems your GPU isn’t reaching full performance, ranging between 60-80%. Could you try FURMARK? For CyberPunk, you’d typically set ray-tracing or path tracing to off. Let me know if you need help adjusting those settings!

It's a fresh game with high GPU demands, but an 8-core 11th-gen CPU should handle it smoothly. Standard ultra/high settings around 1080 won't usually drop performance to just 55 or 60 frames per second, especially if V-Sync is off. You're likely seeing lower frames due to other factors rather than the graphics card itself.

Used advanced rendering options with ray tracing and high quality settings, tried Vsync but saw little improvement.

I'll look into it once I'm back, but I've got the latest drivers installed.

On my 3080 at ultrawide 1440p, I achieved about 60 frames per second. At 1080p resolution, you’ll likely see a higher frame rate! The game runs smoothly at 60 FPS on your monitor.
