More fans clearly help. But I believe the single exhaust fan will have the greatest impact. Particularly with the bottom-mounted PSU. For instance, my daily desktop uses one exhaust fan and it reduces the CPU temperature by 6-8°C (mid 80's to high 70's). Adding two front intakes brings an extra drop of 0-1°C. (My blower-style GPU probably takes most of that)

The CPU will automatically reduce its speed when temperatures reach about 90°C, preventing damage. It’s best to perform a CPU stress test while maintaining temperatures between 60°C and 75°C. Review your cooling system setup. Do you have sufficient powerful fans circulating air inside the case? Are they positioned correctly? That means air should pass over the CPU evenly, with an appropriate mix of intake and exhaust fans. You might also notice the fans running too slowly. Verify that your CPU cooler matches your processor’s requirements and is securely connected with adequate thermal paste.

Abdulazzis410 asks about processor performance at 90c on Prime 95. It mentions stress testing and cooling needs. Suggests upgrading to a quality aftermarket cooler if needed. Asks for the specific Prime version used, noting only 26.6 should be referenced.

I would like three fans in the antec gx 200 case—two on the front for air intake and one at the back for exhaust.

Borderline acceptable. A 20c below maximum is advised, which equals 85c.
If you've overclocked, cease here—you've hit the thermal limit.
If not, switch the paste.
Additionally, if your case has available fan slots, install a few affordable ones. You don't require premium fans; just something to move air effectively.
Also, since you have Ryzen, it benefits from fast memory. Use dual-channel RAM, such as 2x8GB or 2x4GB.
