Here’s a summary of what you shared: you’re asking about the remaining parts of your setup, noting that the details are unclear and more information is needed to identify them accurately.

For detailed data, use CPU-Z, GPU-Z, Speccy, Aida64, HWMonitor, or HWInfo64. Share screenshots of the CPU-Z sections. Check the PSU label for information.

It works on ReviOS 11 as well, but it may have some differences compared to Windows 11.

It might work on Windows. Have you run an sfc /scannow scan? On Zen+, DDR4 3200 can be unstable, memory controllers struggle to hit stable speeds above 2933 (rated at 2666). Would you consider using the second XMP profile (3000) or even the second profile with manual adjustment to 2933? Are you using the newest chipset drivers from AMD? Have you turned off Multiplane Overlay MPO?

I completed the scan and everything looks fine. I have the newest chipset installed. I ran a system stability test on aid64 for an hour with no issues. The memory diagnostic also passed without errors. I didn’t disable MPO, so I’m not sure if that’s necessary. ReviOS 11 seems more suitable than gaming Windows—consider turning off unused services to improve performance.

They turned off Windows Update, which is a red flag. Stick to a genuine Windows 10 or 11 version. Your issues probably stem from the custom operating system.

No problem, I checked the MPO settings. It doesn't seem to affect performance.
