Hey, a few days back my CPU experienced huge MS spikes while gaming—whether it's Rust Cyberpunk or Roblox. It jumps up to 3k every few minutes on my Ryzen 5 5600X with the ASUS ROG STRIX B550-A board. I haven’t made any changes to the PC in months, except after a Windows update that broke Windows Integrity. I just fixed it recently, but could this be related? Someone help me troubleshoot.

Recent updates on bios and the latest chipset drivers from AMD are available. Do you understand when you refer to integrity it relates to the SFC?

Current BIOS updates aren't available at the moment because of my power stability. I didn't consider chipset drivers and focused on memory integrity for Win Defender's core isolation.

hello here are a few days ago my system was smooth but lately the games would freeze intermittently every few minutes. i understand the issue isn't related to network or wi-fi, it seems like a cpu problem. the profiles indicated high cpu usage reaching around 3k, and after updating drivers, reinstalling ryan zen master, updating the motherboard bios, running stress tests, checking temps and load, it helped somewhat. i don't experience this often but when it happens, i lose progress in the game while the second monitor works normally and only for a short time the game freezes. i ran windows analyzer but it didn't find anything useful. my specs are pretty good: win11 on a ryan zen 5 5600x rtx 2070, kingston fury 32gb ddr4 3600mhz, asus strix b550-a, noctua nh-u12s, 2 ssd drives (kingston nv2 1tb, lexar nm710 1tb), gigabyte p750g. thank you very much in advance for your help!
