Processor becomes very active during downloads.
I recently installed my new computer, but faced some problems during setup—mainly missing a POST until I repositioned the memory cards. The system specs are: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 3.6GHz, Asus ROG STRIX X570-F, gaming build with Corsair vengeance LPX, 16GB (2x8) Kingston A400 SSD, ZOTAC GeForce 1660 TI Corsair 275R, and an ATX mid-tower case with Corsair TXM Gold 550 W power supply. The MSCONFIG boot cores are set to 3. It functions normally now, though it occasionally freezes when multiple processes run at once. The most concerning issue is that during downloads, other tasks seem to crash and the computer becomes unstable. I’ve attached a video to illustrate this behavior. https://streamable.com/hl678d (in case the file doesn’t load).
As you know, such performance should be stable even with large downloads. The problem appears hardware-related—any advice would be appreciated. Thank you for your help. If you need more details for a proper diagnosis, just let me know.
*Note: Lip-sync issues on videos have also been increasing, worsening with page reloads.*
