When I turn on my new build, the CPU indicator light appears first, then the VGA light. No fans are spinning, but the RGB RAM lights up. I've checked removing the GPU (which I know works), taken out the M.2 slot, and unplugged all PCI e cables from the power supply. I also tried taking off the fan from the CPU in case it was too tight, but the issue persists. Build: B550M WiFi 2060 super 3600xt Thermaltake Toughpower 850w
