Last week I purchased a new PC. The specs are: Rayzen 2400 G, 16 GB RAM, ASRock motherboard, Antec 600W PSU, 240 GB SSD, 1 TB HDD (no graphics card). I'm using a 32-inch TV as my main display. My monitor resolution is 1366x768. Playing FIFA 19 wasn't smooth... I need to understand why it's lagging on a 720p TV or in general.

It seems you're asking about the current RAM speed, what you mean by lagging, and your frame rate.

On a 720p screen with low settings, I achieved approximately 20-25 frames per second.

Did you set up the Vega 11 drivers? That seems a bit off.
