It might hit the boundaries and stop throttling; HWinfo provides a throttle chart that OP could use, it's just a simple 0 to 1 scale. But this was Cinebench, which pushed all the processors I tested to their limits.

You can't rely on Cinebench to maintain a steady temperature—because the processor handling the test is already working intensely, which causes it to overheat. If cooling can be improved, it's acceptable, but don't assume performance will hold up under real stress. The chip's thermal rating suggests 70°C is acceptable, but you can't trust board sensors alone; they can be inaccurate. I remember seeing a Sempron in an old AM2 rig report 462°C in BIOS, yet it still functioned. That’s a sign of something extreme—like a hot spot in the socket, which could be dangerous.

Cinebench didn't allow my 5900X to exceed 85°C even with a 200W PPT, around 4.6GHz across all cores on a 280mm water cooling setup... pushing 10700K to 100°C on a 360mm AIO without extreme overclocking.

I own a 5900X and it has always stayed below 87°C, reaching a max of around 4.9 on all cores using PBO, air cooling with minimal intake space.
