That's correct, but the CPU shouldn't overheat this much, particularly with the AIO I'm using. Whenever I hit those high temperatures (around 90°C+), my CPU throttles, which I don't want.

If all parts are equally warm, air might be restricting coolant flow. Replenishing the system and keeping the reservoir open helps remove trapped air. I’ve tested the system under various loads—like playing Valorant or Minecraft—but temperatures remain consistently high at 90°C or more. If it's blocked, should I reach out to Lian Li and submit a return request for the AIO since there aren't many options left? I've already tried rearranging the PC and pipes, but nothing seems to be resolving the issue.

The only action you can take is to empty the system and take out the radiators. Place a new piece of tubing at the outlet in the direction of flow and force it strongly against the water. This should clear any blockages. Using an air compressor with the right tool helps confirm if there was an obstruction initially. The sudden high temperatures right after turning it on or using anything seems to point to a problem. I’ve faced similar issues with my 7700k using h60 and temperatures above 90°C. After trying to re-seat and checking the temps, it became clear the initial installation was wrong.

It wouldn't be realistic for an Intel 10700K to reach 100°C at 4400MHz across all cores with a 360mm AIO setup. The issue likely lies in the waterblock fit or the pump's performance.
