I've faced problems with my RAM from the start. It gradually slowed down, so I upgraded to new RAM sticks. Now I have two 8GB 16GB modules, but usage keeps rising and often hits 99-100%. Restarting seems to reset it most of the time. How can I prevent this?

Launch your task manager, arrange by memory consumption, and the app consuming the most resources will appear at the very top (unless it's particularly sneaky).
