Sure, I can organize by "Working Set." I noticed Steam and Razer Synapse are active—anything else that starts up on boot? Regarding the malware, it's hard to be certain it's completely removed. Spending time running AV scans and root kits would be useful, but it might be better to reinstall Windows. If the malware affected a driver, that could also account for the high resource usage. There are many factors involved.

I don't use anything other than Malwarebytes, I do use ADWCleaner in tandem with it though, running both will usually get everything unless it's like a program or something. You would have to manually get the programs, check your programs and features in control panel and check for any fishy programs and uninstall them. I will typically clean a computer like this. 1. Check for any virus programs in the program list and uninstall. 2. Run Malwarebytes. 3. Run ADWCleaner. 4. Run Glary or CCleaner. With your particular issue a Windows reinstall may be necessary if the viruses messed up you Windows install/drivers, typically if a computer is as bad as you say yours was I'd just go for the reinstall of Windows.
