When not busy, the processor reduces its speed to conserve energy and manage temperature.

Share images of ThrottleStop 9.5 while your CPU slows down. Show the Limit Reasons window to discover the cause of throttling. Enable the Log File setting so you can track any problems. Attach photos and logs to your upcoming post. Frequent throttling in Lenovo laptops is typical. Proper configuration of ThrottleStop often resolves these issues.

Check the FIVR and TPL screens for guidance. Your system may be experiencing power throttling due to heat, but the current restriction isn’t severe.

In the TPL window, look at the MMIO Lock section. Uncheck the Disable Controls box. Verify the Speed Shift option. Adjust Power Limit 4 to 0. This may resolve the issue. Consider running a log file if problems persist.
