Hi, I purchased a pre-built unit and am facing unusual CPU throttling issues. I had to install a water cooler because the stock one was problematic. Stress tests using MSI Kombastor indicate the CPU operates at 4.8 GHz with a maximum temperature of 80°C, but after just 10 seconds it drops to 3.6 GHz and reaches 50°C. My Intel XTU model frequently displays "Power Throttling" and "Current Throttling," which appears even without stress testing. Can anyone help identify the cause? CPU specs: i7-10700 (TurboBoost 3.0 enabled), GPU: RTX 2060 Mobo, motherboard: Gigabyte H410M H. Please check the motherboard, BIOS settings, and PSU. Thanks!

In sensor mode, a popup appears when launching the app to confirm sensor-only operation. Scrolling down reveals details about the CPU and motherboard components that may explain the throttling behavior.
