I've observed that CPU and memory speeds seem similar now. Does this indicate the memory bottleneck has been removed, or are other influences still present? In the past, the gap was much larger. I'm just trying to catch up. Thanks.

Remaining timing details are present, we can't ensure memory will be available when needed by the CPU
