Processing loads during audio editing trigger performance drops.
I mainly work with audio design and editing, using several software programs. The issue is that every time I launch an audio app (Studio One 4 in the video), my CPU becomes unstable. It only impacts audio tasks, not demanding games. I set the sample rate to 48000 instead of the default 44100 because 48k meets professional audio standards, and I use a bit depth of 24. When the CPU struggles, I notice audio files creaking and clicking due to processing limits. Now I've figured out that shaking my mouse significantly lowers CPU usage. If anyone has suggestions, please let me know.
EDIT 1: The video shows no audio playing—just a medium session running on Windows 11 with an i5 processor, 16GB RAM, and the latest drivers.
