It matches well with the number of tabs you have and the active services like Steam and Discord. Generally, Windows allocates around 4GB of RAM, while Steam and Discord use about 1GB each, and Chrome operates with roughly 5GB.

The display shows 11GB in use, which feels unusual. With only 8GB of RAM, having 10 open tabs should not cause constant fullness. Your memory usage seems higher than expected.

The RAM becomes compressed, reducing the amount of the operating system stored there. There are probably several big sections in RAM.
