This blue screen occurred before, and it was resolved by restarting. Now the advanced options are failing (such as restore, mfc), and I have some documentation that I need to access normally. I have them stored on a backup drive, but I left them there this time, so I don’t want to format them. Please help! Thank you.

Did you check for updates to Windows recently?

Last night I connected the new mouse Razer Basilisk and installed the Synaps 3 app.

It doesn't provide an option to delete it in the advanced settings during the last removal update.

I encountered problems with Razer Synapse too. Just ensure it's up to date; usually it doesn't cause issues with your system.
