I secured 12900KS at launch. The ASUS rating indicates 104 for P-Cores and 75 for E cores. It looks like you optimized it to 5.4GHz on all P-Cores and 4.3GHz on each E-core. This seems like a solid benchmark—should I continue binning?

It's acceptable, though I've noticed examples achieving 5.5GHz on P-cores.

If you manage to store data efficiently, why not upgrade to a 110 sp core chip and push speeds like 5.6G? Or simply increase the voltage going into the chip.

It seems like you're referring to something related to your chip. Could you clarify what you mean?

The issue isn't resolved with any changes I make.
