The provided link contains screenshots (figures) mentioned in the text. Figure 2 displays the relationship between AMD Clock Voltage and CPU speed.
I own an HP 6005 Pro MT and have installed an Arctic Freezer 7 to improve cooling. I plan to utilize AMD Overdrive software since the BIOS is disabled. Figure 2 illustrates the CPU at idle, and I intend to gradually increase its speed. What steps should I follow? How can I begin? I use Speccy to track temperatures.
Figure 5 presents the original cooler under "Heavy Load," while figure 9 shows the upgraded cooler during the same condition, indicating a reduction of 18°C. I am uncertain about the maximum temperature but estimate it to be around 60°C.
P.S. (Power Supply) appears sufficient as it exceeds the Small Form Factor specifications with matching features.
Thank You
I looked up several detailed guides on overclocking a CPU, including those already listed on this forum. There are two that I quickly identified and reviewed in OverDrive as well. If you have any particular questions or issues, it would be best to share them now.
