Recent BSODs prompted a clean Windows 10 install, which still occurs. Each incident shows the error code SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION with ks.sys involved. Attempts to analyze the minidump with windbg are failing due to symbol errors. Someone could review the dump and identify the root cause of these crashes. The file you mentioned (122618-24500-01.dmp) is still available for inspection.

Well ks.sys is included in the Windows kernel files and handles video capture, correct? It seems like a driver problem might be linked to: Webcam Graphics card Video capture device. Make sure these drivers are fully updated. If they are, you could try older versions. It might also involve audio issues where the audio driver conflicts with the video driver, so updating that could help as well.

Drivers are all current, I installed a driver booster and refreshed all updates. Checked the device manager and everything was up to date. It worked for the generic PNP monitor and the Realtek audio driver. I still experience blue screens occasionally. Games often crash after just 2-5 minutes of playtime, and sometimes during normal browsing. Restarting usually stops it, which is unusual. Graphics card drivers are fresh, DDU was used, and I ran a memory test without issues. AIDA64 stress test completed fine. I’m not sure if today’s Realtek updates solve the problem, but I can’t read the minidump details. I’ll let you know if another blue screen occurs.
