Problems with Windows in the Event Viewer section.
I've encountered some strange problems in the event viewer. Errors indicate the "ReadyBoot" session halted because of a timeout while trying to connect to the XTU3SERVICE service. That service didn't start properly due to delays in responding. There are warnings about permission settings not allowing Local Launch for the COM Server application, which might affect how the system behaves. The session reached its file size limit, possibly causing events to be missed or lost in the specified folder. A provider called IntelMEProv is registered under Windows Management Instrumentation, using the LocalSystem account—this account has high privileges and could interfere with security if not handled correctly. The LSA package isn't signed as expected, which might lead to issues with Credential Guard. It seems hardware like the motherboard could also be contributing to the problems.
Look at this page from Intel: processors utilities and programs.
Found installutil.exe at the specified path. Stopped the XTU service at the given location. Managed to access the Extreme Tuning utility details. Needed steps include removing any folders named Intel® XTU and Intel Telemetry from the mentioned directories. These files aren't present on the system.
