I’m only able to reach the BIOS of every PCIe device, but my boot drive is also connected as a PCIe device.

Also, I’d rewire everything on the PSU side. Did you modify anything to cause the issue? With IGPU, no GPU, just a few GB RAM (maybe one stick in another slot), nothing extra—can’t boot? Updated April 1, 2023 by leclod

I'll attempt the approach you recommended. And no, I didn't make any adjustments. It simply occurred without clear cause.

I also tried the RAM solution and disconnected all extra devices, but the issue persists.

Yes, you can install Windows from a USB stick even if your SSD is empty.

I’m unable to use my PC right now. It only shows a VGA light. There’s no BIOS activation and the boot priority isn’t cycling. The board appears to be working, but after turning it off it stays on the VGA light until I power it down. My USB devices receive power, the monitor turns on but shows nothing, fans are running, the AIO is active, and RAM lights up. I’m sure my GPU functions properly since the behavior remains consistent even without installation.

EDIT: I initially thought about using an empty drive before realizing I should install an OS, but that didn’t work either.
