Good morning, I encountered a problem with my desktop PC where the VGA indicator stays lit and blocks booting. About two weeks prior, I saw the light and experienced roughly four to five minutes of startup time. Assuming it was driver-related, I updated the drivers but the issue persisted. I dismissed it and endured the five-minute wait for about a week. After leaving town a few days later, upon returning, the VGA light remained active, preventing booting and blocking screen output with no way to access BIOS. I attempted troubleshooting myself.
Recent steps: Drivers updated, BIOS updated, GPU removed, reinstalled, CMOS reset, NVME cleared, tested on another machine. When I swapped out the NVME card back into its original position, a message appeared saying "SAMSUNG 970EVO500GB NOT_FOUND." I reinserted it and faced further complications. I received a Windows error code 0x00000e, causing a boot loop with the NVME installed in slot 1 instead of slot 0. I replaced the NVME with a new 970 EVO+ 1TB SSD that worked on a Windows 10 image. Still no resolution. I’m struggling and seeking assistance.

board might not function properly if there are no changes to the firmware or hardware. a pci-e controller could fail completely when paired with an ssd and gpu simultaneously, leading to a complete failure. without additional components to verify, it's difficult to confirm the issue. if I had the chance, I'd test another gpu to check if it resolves the problem and allows the pci-e controller to recognize the ssd.
