Are you familiar with RGB components? Have you connected a device to a wrong motherboard port? Did you verify every cable is securely attached? Were all the mounting brackets installed and tightened properly?

I don’t have access to the RGB settings, but everything else seems to be in place. The three screws on the right side aren’t being secured. The tool I’m using can’t fit into the plastic guards, so they need to be taken off first. Would that be the issue?
