On Windows 10 everything is current. About half the time when launching programs that need elevated access control, it appears on my main screen and the other half on my secondary display. My TV is the secondary one, so the UAC alert shows up there too. This causes trouble when streaming or gaming—especially when someone else uses the computer. I've confirmed the monitor is set as primary, tried switching displays, and changed them back without success. It reminds me of an older version where I didn't face this issue. Any suggestions?
