It seems there might be an unusual mouse movement issue in the game. Even with a low sensitivity setting, the acceleration feels odd.

I understood it right away—I’ve got that “Me Gusta” remix playing in my mind now. Thanks! To clarify your question, do you have mouse acceleration enabled somewhere? It can sometimes turn on even if you’ve disabled it.

It's hard to find anything like it. This occurs in MW3 and Black Ops 1, but not elsewhere.
