The game performs well on my setup—a mid-range i5 4670k with an R9 290 and dx11 API. I plan to use Mantle in this title because recent updates have improved its performance on CPU-heavy titles like Inquisition. Whenever I run Mantle, I experience significant stuttering, but dx11 functions without issues. The graph from the Frostbite console showed erratic yellow lines when using Mantle, which I attribute to inconsistent CPU usage. From my tests, this doesn’t occur with dx11, though it does have occasional random spikes in yellow frames—this is typical. I’m currently using the newest beta drivers. I attempted to clear the drivers via DDU and reinstall them, but the problem persists. Anyone else facing this issue with Mantle? I haven’t found any others discussing it. A video linked here illustrates the stuttering and frame rate changes. Not only do I see stutters, but using DX11 also boosts my framerate unexpectedly, which shouldn’t happen.

Have you attempted to switch it off and then back on?

Reduce usage temporarily and see if an update or driver change is needed.

Sure, you might just hold off until the updates are released.

The game doesn't appear to include mantle support. It seems like a different title, not an NVIDIA release.

It's freezing on my end, buddy. This device works with Mantle, but neither AMD nor Nvidia optimization is available right now. Both brands are facing problems at the moment.

I'm okay except for the crashes, which occur only twice in 41 hours of play. The setup is available in your profile if you need more details.

It's okay for me too, just let me know if you're not in Hawaii.
