So I chose to download Driver Easy to check what drivers are installed on my system. I’m not sure how effective it is, but it told me I need to update the drivers. When I click for more information, it mentions I have a current Bluetooth driver from Microsoft dated 2006-06-21. It then lists the latest driver available as Realtek Semiconductor Corp., released on 2022-01-24, version 1.9.1041.3000. The issue is that updating requires either paying for a Driver Easy subscription or manually updating without the provided installation software from Realtek. Anyone have any advice on how to update the drivers myself?

Use Snappy driver, though it requires a 40GB download

I'm planning to upgrade from LTSB 2015 to LTSC 2019 to check if it resolves the problem. It seems the ISO I received might be outdated, so moving to a newer version could potentially fix the issue.

Driver management is always challenging. When looking for "Realtek bluetooth" in the Windows Update Catalog, you'll discover more than 1000 results, yet none with an "insignia bluetooth" entry.

Your current driver is available. Please go to device manager and upload an image of it. Ensure there are no duplicate BT connections; it seems your laptop wasn't shipped with one. Expand the BT section, then navigate to the details tab and select the dropdown menu to ID, copying the first line into your next reply.

I switched to Windows LTC 2019 and resolved the problem, so the fob works fine now. It seems the Windows LTSB 2015 ISO might have been faulty or outdated.
