When using Forza Horizon 4 on a laptop, you achieved 60fps. On a Samsung TV, it drops to 30fps even when you adjust to 60fps, and you're unsure of the solution. Please assist me. Thank you.

1920×1080p display on both monitors. The Samsung TV doesn’t recognize its exact brand. It’s a PS4 HDMI that came with the console. This didn’t occur before.
