Hello, I've encountered some problems with the Esperanza EG102 controller. The main issues are the right stick not functioning properly and the vibration not working despite being present. I'm seeking advice and also have a more straightforward method to chat with Discord if required.

It's really a cheap, unremarkable controller. You might want to consider another one.

I aim to resolve the problem first rather than opt for an alternative solution.

You might disassemble it to understand the issue and see how you can repair it, but since it's already broken and not very useful, spending time fixing it might not be worth it.

It seems the cable or connection inside likely experienced a decline in performance. You mentioned little about its age and how intensely it was used, which makes it hard to pinpoint the issue.

I rarely use it because of the problems, and it's been about three months since I last got it.

It seems x360ce performs better, allowing certain apps—especially yuzu—to run smoothly on games that support controller input. This works better than the driver that comes with the controller.

You received three identical controllers. The vibration feature works with x360ce as well as other models.
