Could the issue be due to trapped air in the pump? You might increase the pump speed via the BIOS or a fan adjustment tool, and gently move the PC around—tilting it slightly forward and backward, shaking it side to side—to help dislodge the bubbles. If the pump is indeed faulty, you should proceed with an RMA. Would you be able to record the sound so we can listen to it?
