Problems with starting up and updating the BIOS?
Hi everyone,
I’m dealing with a major problem on my Aorus Elite AX B650M motherboard. My computer doesn’t boot properly, and the screen is completely unresponsive. Here’s a brief overview of what I’ve encountered:
System Setup:
- MOBO: Aorus Elite AX ICE B650M
- CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- RAM: 2x32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5
Issues:
- No Display: The monitor stays blank when I power on the system.
- BIOS Upgrade: I tried using Q-Flash to update the BIOS, but it didn’t work. Even though I followed the steps carefully—using FAT32 formatted drives and placing files in the right folders—I still didn’t see any changes.
- Minimal Setup: I booted with the simplest configuration (one RAM stick, no extra devices) and double-checked all connections, but the issue remains.
Additional Notes:
- Power Supply and GPU are functioning correctly and have been tested separately.
- I don’t have access to test the motherboard, CPU, or RAM on other systems.
Based on this, it looks like the problem could be linked to the MOBO itself or a compatibility concern with these components. If anyone has faced similar issues or has tips for resolving them, please let me know.
