Hey everyone. Over the past week I've noticed some strange stuttering in CS:GO. My FPS is around 300, even with limited settings and free sync enabled, but the issue persists. CPU and GPU usage stay below 100%, RAM usage is normal (about 3-4 GB), and internet connection looks stable—ping is 40-60 with roughly 50 Mbps down and 12 Mbps up. I've tried almost every fix from online sources except reinstalling Windows, which I won't do. Just looking for someone else's solution that might help. I've adjusted settings like disabling the Xbox DVR shader cache in Radeon, changed CSGO.exe compatibility mode, turned off full screen optimizations, updated drivers, and used some audio fixes from YouTube. Here’s a short clip showing the stuttering behavior.

Display open network connections and verify for variable or spike values. Also, confirm if background processes are active during the session.

value lies between 0.1 and 4-5ms with minimal movement, SV activity spikes rapidly between 4-8, reaching a peak of 11.

This might be the optimal solution. It seems to occur only during interactions with humans. Try using bots to check if the issue persists. It appears there could be an internet connectivity issue at play.

I didn’t check it without a connection, using bots gave me smooth performance—so the issue might be with my network. I’ve already tried renewing the IP via the command prompt, and the LAN drivers are current.

I always use 1080p, but recently it worked well on this platform for about a week.

Just turned off my powerline setup and router for a short time, no more issues now. I’ll check later to see if it recovers, maybe a problem with the router or powerline.
